Casual Property Management Assistant

We are seeking a Property Management Assistant for our real estate business in Shoalhaven Heads. 
The key duties and responsibilities of the position involve assisting the Property Manager with an emphasis on administrative support and managing rental property maintenance.  In addition the Property Management Assistant will fulfil front-of house receptionist duties, and will be given the opportunity to become familiar with the property sales component of real estate. 
The job will be casual, with a minimum of Monday and Tuesday per week and the likelihood of one additional day. Some flexibility will be required to work the occasional Saturday or work additional hours when staff are on leave.  The applicant must be able to start the position almost immediately.
Successful applicants must have:
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • The ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Medium to high level computer literacy and administrative skills
  • Some familiarity with property maintence

A Certificate of Registration is preferred, or the successful applicant will be expected to obtain one soon after commencing the position.
